# Review of My Stay in Barcelona I just returned from a three-night stay at a hotel in Barcelona, and I am incredibly grateful that my first visit to Barcelona was made so comfortable by this wonderful hotel that was high-quality, clean, and stylish. The location is simply top-notch - couldn't have found a better place. The room was gorgeous with impeccable cleanliness - thank you to the housekeeping staff for this! The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was my favorite part with its black tiles and gold shower and sink fixtures that were absolutely magnificent. The music playing from speakers built into the walls was a genius touch. This was especially nice as I was traveling alone. When I first entered my room, stylish music was playing from the hotel's playlist, which made me very happy and immediately feel less lonely. The room had absolutely everything I needed, including an ironing board and iron. In the bathroom, there was a very pleasant and fragrant line of toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion. I constantly found myself going back to the bathroom just to apply more of the body lotion! The reception team was excellent. I was greeted by Sagar, who already knew my name when I arrived, which was very pleasant. He treated me to champagne and didn't overwhelm me with too much information. He checked me in quickly and sent me directly to my room, seeing that I was very tired. Sagar also recommended a fantastic coffee shop that I visited multiple times during my three-day stay and absolutely fell in love with. It became one of my favorite places in Barcelona. Thank you, Sagar! The lovely staff member, Sunita, helped me navigate the city multiple times by explaining about buses and the metro, and showed me how to get to the airport. The receptionist Alejandro was very helpful, always smiling and friendly, and patiently answered my endless questions.

Value for money is exceptional. If you have been to BCN before, you know how small rooms usually are and that often you don’t even get proper windows and sunlight… Well, this is not the case here. I had a Deluxe room. I had enough space to live outside of the bed and bathroom :D There I had high ceilings and tall windows. To top it off - it was also quiet! Didn’t have any outside noise. Breakfast was pretty decent with very kind service. Reception staff were amazing and very helpful. One of them told me all about the libertine blends cocktails when I expressed interest, another one patiently assisted me with making another reservation for May, and Jonse whom I met in 5 am in the morning made my entire day with his kindness and the jokes we shared. Outstanding service all around!

Great location near to the Arc de Triomf. Walking distance to everything - we didn't need to take the metro at all. About 10 minutes walk to Plaza Catalonia where you can pick up the airport bus. Rooms are very cosy. Friendly staff who accommodated us with an early check in. Tea/Coffee facilities and they even left some chocolate cake in the room. Supermarket around the corner. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing inwards so nice and bright with no street noise. Fantastic buffet breakfast - fruits, meats, cheeses, eggs, bacon etc. Lovely rooftop space to chill out (although it was February so we didn't use it). Small Lounge pool. All in all a great find

We had a truly truly wonderful stay!!!! The staff/front desk was fantastic - super attentive, friendly and helped with all of our questions/needs. The room was clean, relaxing, quiet; and we loved the waterfall shower feature. The roof patio and honest bars were stocked; and we had an easy time with late night room service. The location was great -- super easy to navigate & accessible, with enough going on, while off the main tourist lines that it felt more like a local neighborhood. All in all an A+ experience and I would definitely stay here again as well as seek out Room Mate Hotels in the future :)
